征集公告

　　Solicitation Notice

　　为弘扬奥林奥林匹克精神，加强奥运遗产保护和利用，丰富博物馆现有藏品，提升展览质量，北京奥运博物馆根据《中华人民共和国文物保护法》《博物馆条例》等相关法律规定，现面向社会各界广泛征集各类奥运物品及资料。相关事项公告如下：

　　To promote the Olympic spirit, improve the protection and utilisation of Olympic legacies, enrich its collection and optimise its exhibitions, the Beijing Olympic Museum is soliciting Olympic memorabilia and materials from people of all walks of life in accordance with relevant laws and regulations including the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Cultural Relics and Regulations on Museums. The notice regarding relevant issues is as follows:

　　一、征集对象：有意向捐赠的机构或个人（以下简称捐赠人）

　　Target Groups: Organisations or individuals willing to make donations (henceforth referred to as “donors”).

　　二、征集方式：无偿捐赠

　　Donation Methods: Non-remunerated donations.

　　三、捐赠人条件：

　　Donors’ Conditions

　　捐赠人资质: 具备完全的民事行为能力，有资格和能力签署相关法律文本。

　　Donors must have full capacity for civil conduct and be entitled to and capable of signing legal documents.

　　捐赠人应当是该捐赠物的合法所有人，且无以该捐赠物为标的物的法律纠纷。

　　Donors shall be the legal owners of all items they intend to donate and not be implicated in any legal disputes regarding said items.

　　捐赠人应按北京奥运博物馆规定的程序参与征集。

　　Donors shall participate in the donation in accordance with the regulations stipulated by the Beijing Olympic Museum.

　　四、征集时间：长期有效

　　Duration: Long-term

　　五、征集范围：

　　Memorabilia Accepted

　　可反映世界范围内奥林匹克运动历史、文化发展的典型奥运见证物；

　　Objects and documents reflecting the history and development of the Olympic Games;

　　可反映中国的体育历史、文化发展具有重要意义的奥运见证物；

　　Objects and documents reflecting China’s sporting history and cultural development;

　　在北京2008奥运会和残奥会申办、筹办和举办过程中产生的具有重要纪念意义的奥运见证物；

　　Significant items related to Beijing’s bid, preparation for and delivery of the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games and Beijing 2008 Paralympic Games;

　　在北京2022冬奥会和冬残奥会申办、筹办过程中产生的具有重要纪念意义的奥运见证物；

　　Significant items related to Beijing’s bid and preparation for the 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games;

　　参与过历届奥运会、残奥会和历届冬奥会、冬残奥会的运动员、教练员的比赛服装、比赛装备，或其个人纪念品等；

　　Sportswear, accessories and souvenirs of athletes and coaches who have participated in Summer and Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games;

　　其他具有重要历史价值、科学价值、艺术价值的奥运见证物。

　　Other items of historic, scientific and artistic value related to the Olympic Games.

　　六、征集类别：

　　Types of Memorabilia

　　包括服装、文献、勋章徽章证件、实用器物、旗帜、书刊传单、音像制品、货币邮票和其他杂项等。

　　Clothing, documents, medals, emblems, certificates, objects, flags, books, leaflets, audio recordings, videos, banknotes, stamps and other miscellaneous items.

　　七、征集程序：

　　Procedure

　　捐赠人准备材料：需提交《捐赠物申报表》及相关资料（见附件）发送至征集邮箱。全部资料将作为专家评审论证的资料，一旦提交不予退还。

　　Materials prepared by donors: Donors shall submit the Application Form for Donation and relevant documents to the solicitation e-mail address. Submitted dossiers will be reviewed by related experts and cannot be returned after submission.

　　捐赠物的甄选与入藏：

　　Selection and Collection of Donated Items

　　北京奥运博物馆将阶段性组织专家对捐赠物及资料进行评审。对填补北京奥运博物馆同类藏品缺项，具有一定展示、研究价值，成系列、有特色的奥运藏品将予以优先征集。

　　The Beijing Olympic Museum will carry out expert assessments of all donated items. Items will be prioritised if they fill a gap in the museum’s collection, have special value or characteristics.

　　北京奥运博物馆联系符合入藏条件的捐赠人，签署捐赠协议并办理捐赠手续。

　　The museum will contact successful donors to sign the donation agreement before beginning the donation procedure.

　　捐赠人权益：捐赠物经过鉴选确定入藏后，北京奥运博物馆将为捐赠人颁发捐赠证书，并以适当方式予以铭记。

　　Donors’ Rights and Interests: The museum will create a permanent list of donors and issue Certificates of Appreciation once the collection has been decided upon and finalised.
